Introducing Mr. Krigbaum, a highly skilled expert in international agriculture trade. His extensive experience includes providing ag market support to producers, processors, exporters, and buyers across over 80 countries. With his expertise in developing markets for agricultural products, Mr. Krigbaum has a proven track record of identifying the most suitable products for specific markets and forging successful partnerships. 

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Krigbaum has successfully taken companies from zero to $20 million USD annually and in just five years and over $120 million in ten years with minimal investment. He has worked with both start-ups and mature companies, taking them from incorporation to dominating market share in targeted markets. Additionally, Mr. Krigbaum has incorporated and managed three multinational companies in the USA market, including Ermewa, Automationstechnik, and OSIM. 

Mr. Krigbaum serves as the director and VP of Business Development at Blue Horizon, where he supports the company's vision of expanding to include multiple products produced globally to meet changing market demands. His responsibilities include establishing partner relationships, identifying products, and forming strategic alliances.

Ms. Hagenguth’s company has achieved many notable accomplishments, including being the first to deliver Egyptian avocados to M&S UK and developing traceability for EMCOCAL-protected strawberry varieties in Egypt. We have worked with many growers, exporters, NGOs, and consulting firms to train new exporters on export readiness, marketing, packaging, quality assurance, certifications, and risk management.  Heike Hagenguth has gained extensive knowledge in running an export company, quality assurance, foreign trade, and entry into new markets. She serves as a partner and marketing/QC/IP manager at Blue Horizon, where she is responsible for ensuring certifications and training of staff, packing, and quality specs, liaising with new and existing buyers, and approaching new markets according to existing protocols. 

Additionally, Mrs. Hagenguth is a lead auditor for various certifications and a licensed trainer at the AUC American University in Cairo.

Mina is the founder of E2M, which is an Egyptian based exporter and importer of fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins with monthly sales exceeding $1 million USD.   He is responsible for E2M’s trading operations, encompassing sourcing, farming, import/export operations, and logistics.

With extensive experience in international trading and a depth of knowledge in MENA markets, Mina spearheads deal-making and negotiations, whether it be on the sourcing front for import deals or the important 

sell-side for E2M’s exports.

Mina also leads the company’s packaging and light manufacturing operations, capitalizing on his previous work experience and family business background in heavy manufacturing in the automotive industry

He is a member of the Egyptian Citrus Exporters Council and is involved with several trading organizations in the region

Mina earned a Bachelor of Engineering specializing in Petroleum Engineering from the American University in Cairo, Egypt
